November saw a solid contraction in business activity across the US private sector, according to latest ‘flash’ PMI™ data from S&P Global. The S&P Flash US PMI Composite Output Index dropped to 48.2 in October, from 46.3 in November. The S&P Flash US Services Business Activity Index posted 46.1 in November, down from 47.8 in October (3-month low). Flash US Manufacturing PMI dropped to 47.6 in November of 2022 from 50.4 in October(30-month low).
