Export and Import Expectation Indices realized for the 4th quarter of 2026.
08 October 2026 - Foreign Trade Expectation Survey (FTES) reflects assessments of Turkish leading foreign trade firms regarding recent and current situations along with their future expectations. Particularly, it helps to produce indices that can be stated as leading indicators.
According to the Survey conducted between the dates of 01-16 September 2026,
Export Expectation Index realized as 96.9 in the 4th quarter of 2026.
Import Expectation Index realized as 115.4 in the 4th quarter of 2026.

FTEI < 100: A negative outlook to the foreign trade by the leading firms covered by the Foreign Trade Expectation Survey.
