Production in industry in real terms (price adjusted) was up 1.8% in October 2025 month on month after seasonal and calendar adjustment, according to provisional data provided by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). After revision of the provisional results, production increased by 1.1% in September 2025 compared with August 2025 (provisional figure: +1.3%).
Compared with October 2024, production was up 0.8% in October 2025 after adjustment for calendar effects.
